个人简介:

张涛,男,1992年2月生,山东德州人,理学博士,主要从事益生菌开发与应用、功能性乳制品、乳源功能因子等方面的研究。以第一作者或共同一作在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等期刊发表学术论文5篇,其中中科院一区TOP 4篇,参与申请发明专利3项。
