现工作单位及工作情况

  张鑫,博士、副教授,2013年毕业于南京农业大学食品科学专业,获博士学位。毕业后进入宁波大学8040www威尼斯-apple app store食品科学与工程系工作。目前主要从事食品生物技术领域研究工作,特别是植物多酚与人体肠道菌群之间的相互作用及植物发酵产品的开发。近年来,主持和参与各类科研项目10余项,其中主持国家自然科学基金1项,主持浙江省自然科学基金2项;以第一或通讯作者发表60余篇高水平SCI论文,其中TOP期刊20余篇,ESI高被引论文4篇。
